As a Nomadik Team Associate, you have to understand, that we are a business, and business comes first. That is why we stress that all of our riders do well in the following areas:
Academics: Each rider is required to maintain at least a C average in school.
Be a responsible and respectful Team Associate.
Demonstrate good sportsmanship.
Train and work hard on a consistent basis!
And most of all, have fun!
